How to change ${USER} in IntelliJ IDEA

Open following files existing in path C:\Program Files (x86)\JetBrains\IntelliJ IDEA 14.1.3\bin

idea.exe.vmoptions or idea64.exe.vmoptions

Adding the line

-Duser.name=Your name

IntelliJ IDEA uses the java system property user.name to fill ${USER}
